Having this annoying little issue with Dreamweaver?
The following translators were not loaded due to errors: Server Model SSI.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.
The fix is really simple, theres a WinFileCache in the App Data Folder that you simply need to rename or delete.
The patch for windows vista to this file is generally:
C:\Users\YOURUSR\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration
Enjoy!

Hi, this is my second time to encounter the same problem. I was able to troubleshoot my first experience doing exactly the same process as you have mentioned. This time, no more WinFileCache found in the folder the reason probably is I have already deleted it when it first happened. I cannot anymore use my Dreamweaver CS4 because of the bug. Kindly help. Thanks
Same problem: I have DW CS4 on a PC (running XP Pro SP3) and cannot find the aforementioned cache. The error pops-up four times when I open a file, twice when I save it, and twice when I try to “undo” (which does not work).
Don’t any Adobe employees read and respond to questions on this forum???? This problem is painful enough to dump DW, though I’d rather not.
Hi Bob,
Sorry for the long reply, I don’t keep up on comments very often, anyway the Cache file on Windows XP is found at:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\\Configuration
Hope that helps, even though it’s late!
@Grace the config file is re-created on launch, thus check that you’re looking in the correct place(s).
thx alot …. u r my hero
This worked, I had a hard time finding it since I don’t have a Doc & Settings option, I go right to AppData. Anyway, I deleted the file and I no longer get the error message. Thank you so much!
I deleted the file and restarted, the file is recreated but I still get the same error.
Any ideas?
James, sorry no ideas mate, usually works first time for me, have you tried removing the file again, restarting and then launching dreamweaver, or resetting the dreamweaver settings?
It worked! thanks
